gift wrapping ideas...
- How about a package turned inside out? For
instance, the mailer is beautiful, the package is
initially wrapped in newspaper, and there’s an inner box
made out of used corrugated cardboard wrapped with ugly
tape!
- Strikingly... ugly? - perhaps a series of packages all
wrapped with atrociously unmatching colors and patterns and
textures (that’ll get their attention!)
- Done by a toddler - perhaps with the child’s drawing on
the front (or looking like it’s done by a toddler?)
- Shiny wire wrapped spider-web fashion or randomly around a
small gift (maybe with beads at junctures?)
- Patchwork (glued-on pieces of paper, maybe)
- A series of packages that mean something when put together
(e.g., one in each of the three primary colors, for a
kindergarten teacher - or a kindergartner; size gradations,
perhaps all tied together in a stack; paper/rock/scissors?
...you get the picture - now get creative!)
