Rose Petal Vinegar
  

Pick 2 cups of scented (and organically grown) rose petals in the early morning and place in a non-aluminum saucepan. Pour over them 4 cups of boiling white or vin rose wine vinegar. Add1/2 tsp. of lavender blossoms, cover, and let the mixture steep for 10 days. Strain and bottle it.
