Buy a pair of leather gloves to make two tool holders for the belt... Cut the back of the glove away to about an inch above the thumb groove. Fold the remaining wrist side over and stitch it to itself, leaving a tunnel through which to loop a belt. Tools such as scissors, pliers, pencils, and screwdrivers fit nicely into the fingers.
