1 1/2 lbs. grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsps. Worcestershire sauce or equivalent
2 cloves crushed garlic
1-2 tbsps. tobasco sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 12-oz. can of beer, allowed to go flat
Blend all ingredients coursely in a blender or food
processor. (Can substitute some cream cheese for some of the
cheddar to make a lighter spread.) Place in one or more
crocks and chill at least several hours before serving.
Store in refrigerator.
