(Brandied fruits)
Easy Brandied Fruit
(sometimes called
"brandy fruit")
Use canned fruits - pears, peaches, apricots, cherries...
anything you like (mixed types or not), in a sugar syrup.
Boil down the juice to half of the original amount, then add
half again as much brandy. Put a cinnamon stick into each
jar of fruit? (Top the jars up with brandy if you need to.)
