1 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
(a few fresh salad burnet leaves, if you can get them -
it adds a wonderful hint of walnut)
1 cup chopped tomato
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 tbsps. toasted pine nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
Rinse and dry the cilantro (and salad burnet, if you have
it). Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and
chop finely.
