2 cups vodka

1 cup light corn syrup

1/2 tsp. peppermint extract

40 drops green food coloring

Pour vodka into a sterilized jar (that has a lid). Add the other ingredients, cap the jar, and shake well... Voilą! Couldn't be simpler.
