1/2 lb. dry parmesan cheese
1/2 cup instant potatoes
1/2 cup instant milk crystals
1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp. toasted wheat germ
1 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper
herbal seasoning to taste
(Mix together all but the cheese, keeping it separate.)
Add the mix to 4 cups of cold water in a pot. Bring to a
boil, stirring constantly - then simmer for about 10
minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in
the parmesan before serving.
