Emergency Repair Kit
  

Emergency repairs might be needed at any time, in any place… better be prepared! And this makes a great gift for the less foresightful… Into a large metal band-aid box, put a number of useful items such as:

• needle and thread
   
• safety pins
   
• super glue
   
• strong nylon cording
   
• an extra flashlight bulb (and batteries, if they’re small enough)
   
• a few feet of strong, thin wire
    
• extra stove parts?
    
• extra flints for a fire-starter
   
• a small square of sandpaper
   
• the end of a role of electrical tape
   
• fishing line (and a hook?)
