Sweet Soy Ketchup
(a healthy soy recipe for

2 cups water
2 cups strong soy sauce
2 cups molasses
ginger, coriander, and pepper to taste
Simmer all ingredients together until thickened. ("Ketjap"
is the Malay word meaning a thick sauce.) Let your
imagination run wild with this... on yams? rice and tofu
