1/2 cup pumpkin seed meal
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup alfalfa powder, spirulina, or other powdered
green food
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup water
2 tbsps. oil
1/4 cup parsley flakes
1/4 cup carob powder
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. (You can make
oat flour by grinding oatmeal in a coffee grinder or
blender; same with pumpkin seeds and alfalfa grass or
pellets.) Press the stiff mixture onto a lightly greased
baking sheet with edges, then score it deeply into fairly
small pieces (this is powerful stuff!). Bake at 350 degrees
for about 45 minutes, until just browned. (This is a very
healthy dog biscuit recipe. Still, don’t leave them on the
counter unguarded!)
