Relaxing Massage Oil
  

1 qt. of any (or a mixture of) these oils: almond, apricot, avocado, walnut, peanut

1 oz. each of sage leaves, catnip leaves, and camomile flowers

a few drops of an essential oil, if desired

Gently simmer the herbs in warmed (don’t boil!) oil for 20 minutes. Allow to cool, then strain through double cheesecloth (and add the essential oil, if you wish to use it). Store in dark bottles.
