4 cups oatmeal flakes
2 cups wheat flakes
2 cups rye flakes
1 cup dried fruit (chopped, if it starts out large!)
1 cup seeds and/or chopped nuts
1 cup wheat germ, if desired
1/2 cup date sugar
Mix all together. Eat it cold with milk or juice, or hot
by pouring hot milk or juice over it and letting it sit
awhile (or cook it in a pan).
