Spiced Pecans
  

1 egg white

1 tbsp. rum

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 tbsp. cinnamon

31/2 cups pecan halves

Beat egg white with rum until frothy. Combine sugar, salt, and cinnamon and add to egg mixture, stirring just to blend it. Add pecans and toss to coat - spread them onto a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour at 225 degrees.
