1 3/4 cups finely crushed vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup finely ground pecans
1 cup confectioner’s sugar (unsifted)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 tbsps. light corn syrup
1/4 cup Kahlua
1/3 cup sifted confectioner’s sugar
No cooking!... Mix together all the ingredients but
the sifted sugar. Roll into 1" balls and dredge in the
sifted sugar. They’ll keep up to about 10 days at room
temperature as long as they’re covered. (Mmm... How about
chocolate-orangey Triple Sec (Grand Marnier, etc.) Balls?
