Glue dried rosebuds close together onto a small styrofoam ball, so that their green ends are inward and the buds stick out all over. Pin/glue a ribbon bow/loop onto the top to hang it from. (If it smells rosy, so much the better! - you could sprinkle it with a few drops of rose essential oil, if not.)
