8 peppermint tea bags
Simmer the bags in 4 cups of water for 5 minutes. Remove
from heat and steep 15 minutes more in the covered pan, then
allow to cool. Dab onto affected skin with cotton balls. (If
sunburn is all over the body, soak in a warm bathtub to
which this tea has been added; and put the tea bags into the
tub as well. Add 1 cup of fine dry oatmeal flakes if
itchiness is a problem.)
