2 1/4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup melted butter
3 eggs
1 8-oz. container cherry yogurt
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into 4 lightly
greased mini loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes until
tops are yummy brown. (Or how about plain yogurt with cherry
pie filling added? Sure, other flavors would work - but the
cherry sure is special.)
