Rich Egg Noodles
(a simple but special egg noodle recipe)
  

1/2 cup egg yolks (good for using up yolks when you make meringue!)

2 tbsps. cream

pinch of salt

flour

Beat the egg yolks with the cream and salt. Stir in as much flour as they will take to make a very stiff dough.
