2 beaten eggs (or about 1/4 cup water)

whatever seasonings your heart desires!
Decide how you’d like to flavor the pasta you make...
Lemon-pepper? - lots of lemon zest and grated black pepper.
Garlic-dill? - use powdered dried garlic and dried dill
leaves. Orange-oregano? - orange zest or dried powdered
orange peel and crushed dried oregano. Firey hot? - try
garlic and powdered cayenne pepper. Other ingredients to
consider: nutmeg, onion powder, crushed dried basil,
blue-green algae (for a nice green and very nutritious
noodle!), ginger (for a simple oriental sauce?), chocolate??
(I’ve seen them sold! - for dessert, presumably... though
perhaps they’d work with a Mexican theme sauce?). Stir in
as much flour as the liquid-plus-seasonings will hold.
